Washington, D.C.  This morning, Kansas State Representative Brett Hildabrand (R-Shawnee) introduced The Electronic Communication Privacy Act in the Kansas House Federal and State Affairs Committee in Topeka. The legislation is modeled after HR 699, the Email Privacy Act, sponsored by Congressman Kevin Yoder (R-KS).
