Washington, DC – Today, Representative Kevin Yoder (R-KS) voted for H.R. 3762, the Restoring Americans’ Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act, which passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 240-181. The vote marks the first time since the passage of the Affordable Care Act that Congress is sending a repeal bill to President Obama’s desk.
